Job Summary
Gramik is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive - Business Development to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Generate leads through networking, references, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and business updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
