Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Intern - Business Development to drive sales and strengthen market presence for our cattle feed products. The candidate will be responsible for distributor management, retailer visits, farmer engagement, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Visit assigned distributors and retailers to ensure product availability, proper visibility, and consistent sales growth of cattle feed products.
  2. Generate sales by promoting products directly to farmers, conducting product demonstrations, and educating them about product benefits.
  3. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports on sales performance, stock levels, and distributor performance.
  5. Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  6. Participate in promotional campaigns and assist in distributor training programs to enhance market reach.

Qualifications

  1. B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  4. Basic understanding of livestock nutrition and rural market dynamics
